ONCD leads efforts to secure Border Gateway Protocol used by federal government

The Office of the National Cyber Director is taking action to secure an internet routing protocol used by the federal government that is susceptible to hijacking and attacks by malicious actors, according to NCD Harry Coker, who outlined the initiative at an advisory committee meeting.
