Official: DHS aims to soon finalize 5G risk assessment; document may not be publicly released

The National Risk Management Center will soon complete a “risk assessment” around next-generation “5G” networks, DHS' John Costello said Tuesday, while a top official in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence described 5G threats as one of the greatest risks to the nation.
