In NTIA comments, states highlight existing policies on botnets, encourage collaboration

The National Conference of State Legislatures is urging the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to coordinate with state and local partners to address botnet threats as part of an initiative set up under a Trump cyber executive order.

The NCSL in written comments to NTIA calls on the federal government to include state and local stakeholders and review existing policies at the state-local level in determining next steps on how to mitigate botnets through a public-private collaborative effort.
