Note to incoming DNI Ratcliffe: Check out Solarium report language on info-sharing

The Senate today confirmed Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) to serve as Director of National Intelligence, and the new chief of the U.S. intelligence community might want to put the Cyberspace Solarium Commission report near the top of his reading list, particularly its call for vast improvements in the sharing of cyber threat information with the private sector.
