NIST's voluntary framework unaffected by Trump rulemaking freeze

A Trump administration memo ordering federal agencies to halt new or pending regulatory processes does not affect the National Institute of Standards and Technology's efforts to update its voluntary cybersecurity framework and receive feedback from industry, according to a NIST spokeswoman.
