NIST releases draft framework on cyber-resilient systems, offering flexible, life-cycle tool

NIST has released a final draft of its cyber engineering resilience framework, a document intended to help organizations build in cybersecurity “as a foundational part of the architecture and design,” according to the document.

“This means the systems can withstand cyber-attacks, faults, and failures and continue to operate even in a degraded or debilitated state--carrying out the organization’s mission-essential functions,” NIST says.
