NIST offers plan for future updates to cybersecurity framework

The National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to ask stakeholders every three years whether they would like a “new iteration” of the framework of cybersecurity standards, but will keep a “features list” of recommended updates to debate each year at an annual NIST-run cyber conference.
