NIST finalizes zero trust architecture model for ‘multi-location’ cloud access control

The National Institute of Standards and Technology has finalized guidance on using access controls for zero trust to secure multi-cloud environments in multiple locations, building on the agency's foundational publication to advance key zero trust concepts for the government and private sector.

NIST Special Publication 800-207A was released Wednesday It details “requirements for realizing a ZTA for granular access control” on a multi-location cloud platform and how to approach deployment of a ZTA in that environment.
