NIST draft guide for network cybersecurity resilience aims to influence IT development

The National Institute of Standards and Technology’s recently issued draft guidelines for building cybersecurity resiliency into networks and data systems could be seen as an important first step in setting safety standards for technology developers, as part of a series that will include guidelines for software and hardware assurances, according to an author of the latest document.
