NIST cyber leader Greene detailed to new role on Biden National Security Council

Jeff Greene, director of NIST’s National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, is moving to the White House to serve on President Biden’s National Security Council, while deputy director Natalia Martin will take over as NCCoE’s acting director.

“At the request of the Administration, Jeff Greene, NCCoE director, will be going on detail to the White House National Security Council effective 3/1/21,” Kevin Stine, chief of NIST’s Applied Cybersecurity Division, said in a Monday announcement to stakeholders.
