NIST announces workshop, seeks input on setting ‘standards’ for artificial intelligence

The National Institute of Standards and Technology is requesting public input on a process for developing “technical standards and related tools” to ensure secure and reliable artificial intelligence technology, and will release a “draft outline” of its plans ahead of a workshop at the end of May.
