Nielsen announces upcoming DHS strategy to address 'pandemic' of cyber threats

The Department of Homeland Security will “soon” release a new “strategic plan” to boost the nation's resilience to a “pandemic” of cyber threats, DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen announced at a Senate hearing today, while also urging states to move toward “auditable” election systems in response to continued foreign interference beyond the midterms.
