New regulatory agenda lays out timing for action on ICTS supply chain security rules, tech export controls

The Biden administration’s new regulatory agenda outlines potential dates for the Commerce Department to proceed with actions implementing an executive order on securing the information and communications technology and services supply chain and for highly anticipated export control moves.
