New House bill targets cybersecurity threats from China, tracks with Warner-Rubio measure

A new House bill on China by a bipartisan group of lawmakers -- matching a Senate proposal unveiled this month -- would put cybersecurity at the center of an effort to jointly address both national security and economic concerns, with the House bill's sponsor citing the need for pre-emptive action.
