Neuberger tasks telecom security panel with developing recommendations on impact of incentives to buy down risk

The National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee is taking on a new task under direction from NSC official Anne Neuberger to evaluate the impact of cyber best practices from the 2021 cyber executive order to buy down risk through measurement and creating incentives.
