NCD Inglis: National collaboration strategy needs to involve building resilience, aligning consequences

Crafting a successful strategy for public-private collaboration requires developing “resilience” and robust ways for technology and people to work together to address proactive and defensive threats, according to National Cyber Director Chris Inglis who spoke at an event Tuesday with top cyber officials.
