Much of DHS' cyber-focused directorate expected to work during a shutdown

Updated Department of Homeland Security procedures for a possible government shutdown reveal that over half the employees in the cybersecurity-focused National Protection and Programs Directorate will remain on duty in the event of a government shutdown at the end of today.
