MITRE policy shop outlines recommendations for incoming administration to strengthen U.S. cyber leadership

MITRE’s Center for Data-Driven Policy is providing recommendations, in a new paper ahead of the 2024 election, for the incoming administration to strengthen U.S. cyber leadership, including measures to protect critical infrastructure.

The paper gives an overview of key challenges and opportunities, emphasizing how there are “existential threats” to critical infrastructure today and “our cyber adversaries are very clear about their intentions.”
