McCaul pledges to have DHS cyber official testify on election security

House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) has pledged to have a top Department of Homeland Security cybersecurity official testify on election security in the near future, as Democrats push for a markup of legislation that would impose baseline security requirements on states in exchange for funding to update election data systems.
