McCaul cites Trump support in calling for quick passage of DHS cyber reorg bill

House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) says the committee has received “technical assistance” from the White House on legislation to reorganize the Department of Homeland Security’s cyber functions, claiming he can move the bill through Congress with the administration’s support.
