Mayorkas says work begins on NOPR to implement incident reporting law

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told senators that CISA has begun work with the Federal Emergency Management Agency on crafting a notice of proposed rulemaking to implement the new cyber incident reporting law, and is also engaging with industry stakeholders.
