Marsh reports growth in cyber insurance uptake amid ‘challenges,’ ongoing price moderation

Global insurance broker Marsh acknowledges that cyber insurance market uncertainty remains around issues like the war exclusion but says purchases of cyber coverage by its U.S. clients grew in 2022, in a new report.

The report, “U.S. Cyber Purchasing Trends,” was released May 11 and finds that, “despite challenges within the US cyber insurance market over the last two years, the number of clients purchasing cyber insurance continued to climb.”
