Latest draft Trump cyber order reflects new thinking on 'botnets,' international cooperation

A draft cybersecurity executive order circulating among industry groups reflects the Trump administration's latest thinking on botnets, boosting a cyber workforce and developing a strategy for international cooperation, among other issues related to protecting the nation's critical infrastructure from cyber attacks.
