Key House chairs question legitimacy of DHS leadership, seek GAO review

The chairs of the House Homeland Security and Oversight committees are seeking expedited review of the appointments of Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf and Acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli, suggesting a string of DHS leadership moves may have violated federal law and the department's own rules.
