Katko, Spanberger bill to protect ‘systemically important’ infrastructure offers enhanced access to CISA services

A new bill by House Homeland Security ranking member John Katko (R-NY) and Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) directs CISA to establish criteria for designating “systemically important critical infrastructure” in collaboration with other agencies and industry, offering owners and operators “front of the line access” to the cyber agency’s services “without any additional burden.”
