Kaspersky's legal challenge to software ban could impede DHS cyber operations

Kaspersky Lab is challenging the constitutionality of the Department of Homeland Security's decision to ban federal use of its software products, in a lawsuit that -- if successful -- could limit the department's use of key statutes for managing cyber risks to government networks and setting regulatory policies.
