Joyce: Reports about Chinese computer chips distract from broader supply-chain risks

Robert Joyce, a former White House cybersecurity advisor, is concerned about news reports of alleged Chinese infiltration of the hardware systems of several U.S. companies becoming a distraction from the “real” cybersecurity threat to global supply chains, while noting attempts by China to influence the U.S. election system.
