Issues raised in Trump impeachment reflect a management style that has rattled cybersecurity policy

In September 2019, reports emerged about a government whistleblower from the intelligence community, a phone call between President Trump and the leader of Ukraine, and the U.S. president allegedly withholding military aid to an ally in order to further his own political interests.
