ISAO standards group issues draft guide on state rules affecting cyber info-sharing

The ISAO Standards Organization is seeking public comment on draft guidelines regarding state rules and laws that could affect, and perhaps hinder, the sharing of cyber-threat information across industry sectors and geographic regions.
