ISA’s Larry Clinton criticizes Pentagon proposal for ‘intrusive’ access to contractor networks

Larry Clinton, head of the Internet Security Alliance, says a proposal for access to the networks of Defense Department transportation service providers in the event of cyber incidents appears to be more of a regulatory tool than an effort to advance government-industry partnership on cybersecurity, and that the plan if implemented would raise extensive liability issues.
