Inspector General report says U.S. EPA must improve cyber risk management, response functions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has “consistently implemented” a program for securing its own information systems, a Level Three designation -- Level Five is the highest -- that shows progress but also that “quantitative and qualitative effectiveness measures are lacking,” according to a new report from the EPA Office of the Inspector General.
