Influential national security think tank says SEC cyber rules promote risk management and transparency

The Foundation for Defense of Democracies says the SEC’s proposed cybersecurity rules for publicly traded companies can help drive a new consensus around cyber risk management between government and corporations, and would provide needed transparency into the private sector’s security policies.
