Industry source: cyber attack affecting pipeline companies should not spur regulation

A natural gas industry source is worried that a cyber attack earlier this week on pipeline systems could prompt government officials to look at recently issued guidelines as a step toward mandatory requirements, arguing that regulations would hinder rather than help security.
