Huawei moves quickly in challenging constitutionality of FCC vote

Huawei Technologies has filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Federal Communications Commission's vote last month banning use of the Universal Service Fund for purchases of the company's products based on national security concerns, a move that indicates swift legal action by the China-based firm, which it acknowledges in its complaint, as part of a full-court press against the federal government's efforts to limit and remove its presence on U.S. networks and systems.
