House-passed bills call for reports on mobile network security and ‘6G’ buildout, launch of cyber literacy campaign

The House today approved three cyber-related bills addressing mobile networks, the future buildout of sixth-generation wireless, and creating a national cyber literacy campaign.

The bipartisan bills, approved under the suspension of the rules procedure requiring a two-thirds majority for passage, were all produced by the House Energy and Commerce Committee and now await further action in the Senate.
