House panel examines liability relief to encourage participation in health ISAC

The House Energy and Commerce oversight subcommittee held a hearing on cybersecurity risks to health-care providers at which senior lawmakers discussed potential proposals for easing liability concerns about sharing cyber-threat intelligence, among other incentives, for participating in the sector's information sharing and analysis center, or ISAC.
