House panel approves Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative bill without support from key lawmaker

The House Homeland Security Committee has advanced legislation in a 17-13 vote to codify and provide structure for the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative from Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), despite the lack of support from a key cyber lawmaker on the panel who argued the bill needs to be tightened.
