House NDAA amendments on critical infrastructure, ‘BOM’ spur pushback from industry groups

A coalition of industry groups is pushing lawmakers to reject a proposal in the House version of the fiscal 2023 National Defense Authorization Act that would make changes to how CISA addresses critical infrastructure risks through the creation of “systemically important entities.”
