House members seek to add measure on securing SEC data collection program to Dodd-Frank rollback bill

House sources say legislation designed to strengthen the cybersecurity of a new Securities and Exchange Commission data collection system may be included as an amendment to a Senate bill scaling back Dodd-Frank banking regulations, which is the subject of ongoing House-Senate negotiations.
