House Intelligence Committee report on Russian hacking calls for states to adopt NIST standards

The House Intelligence Committee has released an unclassified version of a report on Russian hacking of the 2016 presidential election which includes a number of policy recommendations, such as requiring states adopt cybersecurity standards by the National Institute Standards and Technology in exchange for federal funds to upgrade election systems.
