House Homeland Security panel examines DOE, DHS authorities in response to cyber grid attack

Officials at the departments of Energy and Homeland Security told a House subcommittee last week about the varying authorities the departments have in responding to cyber attack on the nation's electricity grid, an issue that is being highlighted by President Trump's recent cybersecurity order.
