House Homeland GOP leaders raise concerns over SEC cyber incident disclosure final rule

GOP leaders on the House Homeland Security Committee are urging Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Gary Gensler to revisit a controversial final rule requiring cyber incident disclosures for most publicly traded companies, and to work with other agencies on harmonization.
