House Homeland Chair Garbarino highlights CISA 2015 authorization plans, following vote to end government shutdown

House Homeland Security Chairman Andrew Garbarino (R-NY) remains committed to reauthorizing the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015, after the House voted Nov. 12 to reopen the government and provide a short-term info-sharing extension to Jan. 30.

“Today, I joined my House Republican colleagues in voting to pass a continuing resolution to fund the federal government, just as we did weeks ago,” Garbarino said in a Nov. 12 statement.
