House Foreign Affairs leaders reintroduce ‘cyber diplomacy act,’ seen as key to push for global norms

The “Cyber Diplomacy Act,” instituting a Bureau of International Cyberspace Policy at the State Department, is on Thursday’s markup agenda for the House Foreign Affairs Committee after Chairman Gregory Meeks (D-NY) and ranking member Michael McCaul (R-TX) introduced a revised version of the bill this week.
