House Energy and Commerce chair urges independent regulatory agencies to focus on ‘consensus items’ under transition period

House Energy and Commerce Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) is asking five independent regulatory agencies to stop work on controversial items currently up for consideration, as transition work gets underway for President-elect Trump’s second term in office.
