House clears Cyber Diplomacy Act to authorize new cybersecurity policy bureau at State Department

The Cyber Diplomacy Act creating a “cyberspace” bureau at the State Department has taken a step forward with approval by the House, advancing a measure that reflects a recommendation of the Cyberspace Solarium Commission.
