House Armed Services subcommittee passes defense policy bill with Solarium recommendations

The House Armed Services emerging threats panel unanimously approved legislation today that includes several proposals from the Cyberspace Solarium Commission, launching a push to advance to the annual National Defense Authorization Act through the committee before the July Fourth recess.
