House Armed Services seeks more study of ‘civilian cyber reserve,’ won’t add to NDAA

The House Armed Services Committee has put off adding a Civilian Cybersecurity Reserve pilot program -- an idea recommended by a national public service commission report -- to its version of the fiscal 2021 National Defense Authorization, determining that more time is needed to review the proposal.
