Homeland Security leader Thompson spearheads letter urging Walden nomination for cyber director

House Homeland Security ranking member Bennie Thompson (D-MS) and 31 of his colleagues are calling on President Biden to nominate Acting National Cyber Director Kemba Walden to formally take on the position, in a letter that emphasizes her leadership on the national cyber strategy and “ability to work across political divides.”
