Homeland Security Chairman Thompson says panel will look at ZTE, cyber protections

New House Homeland Security Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) says his panel will examine numerous cyber issues this year, including “Chinese intrusions” and increasing national “cyber protections,” while House Foreign Affairs ranking member Michael McCaul (R-TX) -- Thompson's predecessor atop the Homeland Security Committee -- is pledging to emphasize cybersecurity in his latest role.
